The BASCA Difference

BASCA’s large family of people focus on helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve a higher quality of life and sense of belonging. The organization was started by parents who were looking for programs that focused on their children’s potential abilities. The desire was to have programs and services that offers each individual opportunities to learn how to lead a life that makes them feel complete. We build not just skills, but the confidence to go out into the job market, into the community, meet new people, and help others by volunteering. We also offer programs for individuals with profound behavioral issues, by teaching them skills to help them be included in the community.

With our unique entrepreneurial approach in our vocational programs, individuals can say “I made this with my own two hands”.
